Am I a buzz pattern lover now? But before I share more about my vibration preferences..

I experienced something very rare this week. I was kids free for 7 full days! That was a first. I knew I would have a few days kids free time, but it got extended to be a full week. I fully enjoyed myself! I didn’t know how much I needed some quiet time to just be myself, not being responsible for anyone, but myself. A very different experience. Especially because it’s not just been my kids, I had the neighbours’ kids around a lot too. Most days ending up with multiple kids.

I didn’t make any plans, because I wanted to go with how I felt. With kids, there is always something that needs to be done, so taking each day just as it comes was exactly what I wanted. I was able to fully go with the flow. Each day, I asked myself what I desired and honoured it. A slow morning of self-pleasure, a long walk along the beach, a massage, reading a book, walking around fully naked, …
